Availability and back orders

Although we hold the vast majority of items in stock, sometimes we fail to predict sales on certain lines which cause some items to be out of stock. We try to keep you as informed as possible by clearly highlighting the product as in stock, low stock, availability dates or in a few cases an unknown availability date. If there is an unknown availability date you unfortunately can't place the item on backorder. If you wish to find out more information on this product please email Nkuku on info@nkuku.com and we will try to give you an estimated availability date.

BACK ORDER

If an item is not yet in stock, but we are anticipating further supplies (i.e. an availability date is shown) we can put you onto back order. This means that when your chosen item comes into stock, we will send it on to you. You will also have the ability to edit / cancel any back order online under you account information or by calling Nkuku on 229-798-4838.

If your shopping basket is split into items ‘in stock' and ‘back order items' you can select to have these items sent together when all the items are in stock OR send the ‘in stock' items immediately and the back order items as soon as they are in stock. If an order is split and you decide to have them sent separately you will only be charged for one delivery cost (UK mainland customers only). All other destinations will unfortunately be charged two postage costs if you decide to have the items sent separately.
